 About us
The Liberal Democrat Christian Forum is a support organisation for Christians in the Liberal Democrats. Our aim is to encourage and enable Christians in their constructive work in politics.
We are a voice of Christian faith in the Liberal Democrats, and a voice of Liberal Democracy among Christians.
We work to encourage a positive Christian input in the party's activities at national, regional and local levels. And we seek to support each other through prayer and fellowship.
We welcome Christians from all backgrounds who are members or supporters of the Liberal Democrats and its associated Parties.

The 2001 census revealed that about 70% of the people in Britain consider themselves to be in some sense Christian. More realistically, about four million people will be in church on any given Sunday, and six million attend church regularly, at least once a month.
